"Laid flat right away"
I was pleasantly surprised that this rug laid flat almost immediately. No annoying curling at the corners, which is such a preventable hassle with some rugs. It sits nicely and looks great.

"Really nice rug, but it sheds like crazy"
The rug looks really nice in the room, but wow, it sheds a lot. I’ve vacuumed it twice already and there’s still lint pretty much everywhere.

"Late delivery and poor handling"
Checkout was easy enough, but the shipping updates were all over the place and didn’t really tell me what was going on. My rug ended up arriving late, and it looked like it had been handled carelessly during delivery. Not the best experience.

"Super easy to keep clean"
I got a rug from Nordic Knots a few months back, and the thing that surprise me most is how easy it is to clean. We has a dog, so there’s always hair and little bits of dirt around, but it vacuums up really fast. Small spills has come out with just a damp cloth too. It still look really nice and I haven’t noticed any weird stains so far. Really happy with it

"Packed well and arrived just fine"
My rug showed up packed really nicely, with no damage or weird bends or anything like that. The box felt sturdy, but it was still easy enough to open. Just nice to see they put some care into this and shipped it properly

"Super quick fix"
I’ve noticed when support teams are organized, you can usually tell fast, and that was definitely the case here. They sorted my issue really quickly and made the whole thing feel easy.

"Still Looks Great, Honestly"
I’ve had my Nordic Knots rug for almost a year now, and I keep thinking I must be missing some wear or fading somewhere, but it still looks really good. We’ve got a dog and kids running over it every day, so I expected it to look a little rough by now. Maybe I’m just not looking closely enough, but the edges are still lying flat and the colors haven’t really faded at all. It feels like one of those pieces that’s going to hold up for a long time

"Surprisingly Perfect Match"
I wasn’t totally convinced it would actually match my room when I ordered it, but somehow the color ended up being perfect. I’m still a little suspicious of how accurate it was, but I’m happy with it...

"Nice rug, but be warned about the smell"
The rug itself looks nice, but just a heads up: the off-gassing smell was really strong and hung around for almost a week. If you’re sensitive to odors or planning to use it right away in a bedroom or living space, I’d definitely air it out somewhere first.

"Really happy with it so far"
I just got this rug recently, and my first impression has been great. The weave feels really tight and substantial, and it has a nice heavy feel to it. The edges are clean and neat too. It has that handmade look in the best way, like it has character without looking messy. Right now, I’m really impressed

"I had to return my rug and…"
I had to return my rug and, i was expecting the usual runaround. I never really trust all the polished “hassle-free refund” wording companies put on their sites, but this one actually went fine. Support got back to me quickly, and the money was back in my account a few days later. Nothing dramatic, no complaints

"A Bit Hard to Browse"
I tried using it for a little while, but it was bit hard to browse. Finding what I needed took more time than expected, and the layout didn’t feel very easy to follow. It’s not terrible, but the experience could be smoother for a regular user like me.

"Nice rug, just a bit pricey"
It’s a good rug overall and I like the look of it, but for what it is, I kind of expected it to be a little cheaper. This and that about the quality is fine, just not quite the deal I was hoping for.

"Really happy with my Nordic Knots rug"
I finally ordered a rug from Nordic Knots after basically staring at it online for weeks, i’m glad I did. The website was easy to use, delivery showed up when they said it would — which, side note, I always really appreciate, and the rug looks great in our living room. It feels softer and nicer than I expected too. The colors were close to the photos, so no weird surprise there. It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I’m happy with it and would definitely order from them again

"Way Faster Than I Expected"
I ordered from Nordic Knots and, i’m not sure why I assumed it would take forever, but I did. I got the tracking soon after ordering, and then the rug actually showed up earlier than I expected. Maybe I need to stop second-guessing these things, because everything was packed well and the whole shipping process was really smooth. Super happy with how quick it was.

I was kind of expecting the usual online shopping situation where you find a rug you like and then every decent size is sold out. But the one I wanted was actually in stock, and picking the size was really easy. The whole ordering process was simple and didn’t turn into a hassle like I half expected. Smooth experience overall, and I’d shop here again.

"Exchange went through, just slow"
The exchange did end up working and everything was fine in the end, it just took longer than I expected so I was kind of waiting around wondering what was going on but eventually it got handled.
